If you have questions about insurance and payment information, we ask that you please call our office. A member of our staff will be happy to review your specific individual coverage. We work closely with patients to obtain reimbursement for services. We also accept most major credit cards, cash, and checks. There will be a 3% surcharge added to all credit card payments.
Another finance option for payments is the Advanced Care Card. This is an option that combines interest free financing with the flexibility you want.
